Auckland P.T.A. Protest
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. The zoning policy, the submissions said, denied children the right of equality of opportunity in practice, directed children to a particular school, threatened the liberty of individual schools, and menaced old-established schools by pressure on them to change their character.” ' ‘
