Mauri Brothers Shares Issued
Mauri Brothers and Thomson. Ltd., advise that 192,140 ordinary shares of 5s each have been issued as fully paid in connexion with the purchase of the whole of an existing business in Australia. It is also advised that 7848 ordinary shares of 5s each have been issued as fully paid in connexion with the purchase of the major part of an existing business in New Zealand and that it is expected that a further 12 ordinary shares of 5s each will be issued in the near future in purchase of the remaining part of this business.
