Congestion at Wellington.— Congestion at Wellington has caused the diversion of the British India Steam Navigation Company’s vessel Palamcotta, of 6662 tons, to Lyttelton. She will now arrive at Lyttelton today with Eastern cargo for discharge, bypassing Welington on her voyage from Auckland.
