Tulloch Still Carrying On
The business of Tulloch, Ltd., engineer, is being carried on pending completion of an investigation of its affairs. The two receivers, Messrs K. O. Humphreys and R. B. Raines, informed the Sydney Stock Exchange last week that they were now in control of the company. Liabilities incurred by the receivers in carrying on the business would be a first charge on the assets, they stated, and would rank in priority to the claim of the equitable mortgagee.
