15 Die Near Istanbul
(NJZ. Press Am.—Cownght) ISTANBUL. May 1. A suburban train collided with a stationary passenger train south-east of Istanbul last night. First reports said 15 persons were killed and another 80 injured. The casualties could not be officially confirmed, the Associated Press said. Al! the casualties were reported to be on the suburban train, which was loaded with weekend travellers.
The accident occurred near Kartal. a suburb on the Asiatic coast of Istanbul.
