NEW BUILDING AT TRENTHAM
Work To Start On Monday (N2 Press AssortoMoa) WELLINGTON. April 18. Work will start on Monday on the new £>136.000 building at Trentham racecourse. ' and the three-storey edifice should be completed by February 28. 1962. The new totalisator building will enable the Wellington Racing Club to conduct a daily on-course double as - well as the present T.AB. double. The totalisator is in fact, capable of handling “this - race - and - the - next" doubles betting, should legislation authorising this be passed. Tailoch Te Baee Today— Tulloch is expected to break the South Australian and course record in the Pullman Select Stakes at Cheltenham tomorrow. The present record is 2min 29 4-Seec, held by Al Crusa.—Adelaide. April 28.
