Appeal Dismissed

An appeal by Keith Pring. a commercial traveller, against his conviction and sentence for driving without due care and attention at Kaiapoi on March 3 was dismissed by Mr Justice Macarthur in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr R. G. Blunt, who appeared for Pring, applied to have the appeal dismissed. Mr C. M. Roper, for the Crown, offered no objection. Pring was convicted in the Magistrate's Court, fined £l5 and had his licence cancelled for six months.
