J. Gadsden Men On A. Harvey Board
IN.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 27. In terms of the recent agreement with J. Gadsden, (New Zealand) Ltd., the board of Alex Harvey and Sons, Ltd., has confirmed the appointment of Messrs T. W Perry, Christchurch, W. H Nankervis, Wellington public accountant, and H. M. Rogerson, Auckland solicitor, as directors of Alex Harvey. They were directors of J. Gadsden. Ltd. Y ounghusband's Profit Slips Younghusband, Ltd., wool and produce agent. Melbourne, shows a fall of £36.102. or 14 per cent, in net profit at £215.543 for the year ended March 31. Previous profit had risen £79.792. Dividend is reduced from 10 to 71 per eent., including a final 41 per cent. Earning rate on capital Is 12.2 per cent. The profit, is reached after tax £125.000 (down £7000) and depreciation £53,658 (up £8702). SIR JOSEPH G. D. WARD. > Bt..
