(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 28. The Auckland University student who took the Governor - General s personal standard from Government House. Auckland, on Tuesday night has apologised to Lord Cobham. The flag was returned to Government House by the police after it was removed from the university tower by a steeplejack.
