VESSEL’S LINES CAST OFF

Investigation By Bluff Police IN Z Press Association! INVERCARGILL. April 28. All but one of ,the lines of the Japanese vessel. Nikko Mani, tied up at the Egrry Wharf at Bluff, were let loose last night or early this morning. The Bluff police are investigating. One of the lines of the Government vessel Matai was also cast off. It is thought this was done to get at one of the lines of the Japanese vessel The Nikko Maru is due to sail tonight.
