(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, April 28. More than two million electors are expected to vote tomorrow in the referendum on the abolition of the New South Wales Legislative Council. Voting is compulsory.

At the referendum, electors will be asked to indicate whether they approve a bill to abolish the council and to provide that it cannot be reconstituted without another referendum.
