BaSr well known tn th* world's seaport* and one of the latest addition* to this large merchant fleet, th* 8138ton aingle-screw motor-ship WHowbank. arrived at Lyttelton yesterday afternoon to dtscharge general cargo from the Mexican Gulf. A 14-knot vessel, the Willowbank is commanded by Captain A. M. Williamson, ofi Aberdeen, who has served with Weir’s since he went to sea as an apprentice. The Willowbank is typical of recant ships built by the Bank Lj ne. She has the latest navi- ( gaUotial and cargo equipment, i and spacious and comfortable aceooMnodation for her crew.
