Second Chamber Reform Inquiry
( N .Z.P-A.- Reuter—Copynpiit) LONDON. April 26. The British Government announced today that it was setting up a committee to consider reform of Britain’s second Parliamentary chamber, the House of Lords, including the question whether peers should be allowed to renounce a peerage.
