OFF-STREET PARKING
Move By Riccarton Council Off-street parking will be allowed on a quarter-aero section at 199 Clarence street, near Riccarton road, from 5 p.m. on Fridays. The Riccarton Borough Council approved the .use of the area at a meeting on Monday evening. The council also decided to prepare another off-street parking area behind shops between Clarence and Rotherham streets, providing shop proprietors assist The Riccarton Business Association will be advised of both decisions.
