Swannanoa Farm Passed In
A 514-acre farm at Swannanoa was passed in at £28270 at. public auction yesterday. When offered in two lots of 213 acres and 303 acres the lots were passed in at £55 an acre. In all cases bidding opened at £4O an acre and rose in three £5 bids. The farm is divided into 12 paddocks and there la one concrete and one wooden Shed. It was offered on account of the trustees in the estate of J. W. and J. R. FrinclL
