Ingredients: Minced cold meats Tomatoes Mayonnaise Lettuce leaves. Method: Halve and scoop out tomatoes. Fill with cold minced meats—ham and mutton, for instance. Decorate with a good teaspoon of thick mayonnaise, and chopped chives. Set out on lettuce leaves and serve with slices of bread and butter.
