Action Criticised By N.Z. Executive

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. April 25. The president of the PostPrimary Teachers’ Association (Miss Julia N. Wallace) said in a supplied statement today that she wished to disassociate the national executive from the publicity given by the Wellington regional organisation to its resolution on teachers' overtime. "Overtime affects a small proportion of the association membership and whilst sympathetic on the question of delay, the executive would not wish this matter to prejudice the early implementation of the qualification allowance recommendation from the Educational Commission which was mentioned as also being under action,” said the statement.
