Wellington Teachers To Refuse Overtime

WELLINGTON, April 25. The statement said this de- 1 cision would be implemented < if overtime rates of pay, the ■ subject of negotiation for ] more than a year, were not ■ satisfactorily adjusted. I “The teachers’ complaint is that at the time of last year’s margins increase for all State services, the overtime rate for teachers, far from being increased, was, in i fact, lowered.
