Theft From Kilbirnie Jewellers

(New Zealand Press Association) VTELIJNGTtON. May 6. Watches and jewellery estimated to be worth hundreds of pounds were stolen from the premises of Kilbirnie Jewellers and Watchmakers, Kilbirnie, during the week-end. The goods included diamond rings, gold signet rings, cameo brooches, and earrings and watches. A spokesman for the firm said today that he was unable at present to assess accurately the loss. The thieves gained entry through a skylight.
