GOLDEN BOY.—This baby boy (born at Karitane, birthplace of the Plunket Society) has been chosen as the golden anniversary baby of the society. As such, he represents every baby who has come under Plunket care in the last 50 years. This picture is being used on all literature concerning the national radio and telephone appeal which will be held on May l4 to raise funds for the society’s future development.
