Taubmans And Hill And Plummer
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 29.
Taubmans Industries have advised the Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand that an “encouraging response” has been received from Hill and Plummer shareholders. Taubmans wish the documents to be returned to them until certain details—unforeseen at the time of the offer—have been resolved. To enable all Hill and Plummer shareholders to consider the informaiton which they will be giving them, the period of the offer has beten extended, to May 31, 1957.
