Child’s Death At Rotorua (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 29 A child lost his life when he fell into a boiling pool at Whakarewarewa, Rotorua, this afternoon. He was Terry Allan Powley, aged three, son of Mr and Mrs R. V. Powley, of Whakarewarewa. The pool was lukewarm until a few weeks ago. Since then it has become very hot and dangerous. The child’s body was recovered by the police.
