Acropolis Secrets Revealed

(By a Reuter Correspondent) ATHENS.

Large scale digging operations carried out by the Greek Archaeological Society to clear the northern approach to the Acropolis have brought to light significant findings of great archaeological and artistic value.

Among the most interesting is a vase belonging to the Geometrical period bearing a representation of a warrior of 750 B.C.
