Free Parking for Ladders
Blocking a metered parking space can be done for nothing—if you do not use a motor-vehicle. The Wellington City Council was asked at its meeting whether a workman blocking a parking space with a ladder and scaffolding would have to pay for meter time. Cr. B. A.
