CENOTAPH: At 4.00 p.m. (approximately) wreaths will be laid at the Cenotaph by Vice-Admiral Sir John Collins, C. 8., acting on behalf of the Government of Australia, and the Hon. J. R. At the conclusion of the Dawn Service arranged by the Australian Returned Services’ Association, the ceremony of placing the Poppy “In Remembrance” will be held at the God ley Plot.
