Prize For Portrait
A portrait by the Wellington artist, Peter Mclntyre, was voted the best work in the New Zealand fellowship of artists exhibition which ended in Auckland last week. More than 2000 people saw the exhibition and 987 voted. Mr Mclntyre will receive a prize of five guineas, given by the president of the fellowship, Mr R. G. Sellar. The portrait was called “Helen.”—(P.A.)
