(Special Correspondent N.Z.P.A.) SYDNEY, April 20. The New South Wales Government will sell the Governor’s country residence as an economy measure. The Government will order the sale of Hillview at Sutton Forrest, about 86 miles from Sydney, soon after Sir John Northcott's term as Governor ends on July 31. The property has 137 acres and the house has 50 rooms. The expenses of maintaining it. I with wages of a staff of five, is about £BOOO a year. The Government believes that
the use made of Hillview as a Governor’s country house does not warrant the expense of its maintenance. The Governer has a residence in Sydney.
