DECISION RESERVED ON RESTITUTION SUIT After hearing further evidence yesterday and submissions by counsel, Mr Justice McGregor reserved his decision in the Supeme Court on the petition by Leo Francis Jenkins, a grocer, against his wife, Margaret Ellen Jenkins, for restitution of conjugal rights. Mrs Jenkins opposed the petition and asked the Court to make a decree of judicial separation in her favour. His Honcut he hoped to be able to give an oral judgment this morning. Mr J. G. Leggat appeared for Jenkins, and Mr B. J. Drake for Mrs Jenkins.
