CANTERBURY TEAM TO PLAY OTAGO In the annual Jarvis rose bowl table tennis contest against Otago, to be held at Dunedin on July 17, the following players will represent Canterbury:— Men.—V. N. Brightwell (Selwyn), captain; T. R. D. Flint (Selwyn); J. Armstrong (Eagles); N. V. Bennett (Selwyn); reserve: R. L. Hulston (Wallabies). Women: Miss J. M. Williamson (Eagles), captain: Miss J. Cox (Eagles). Mrs E. Andrews (Selwyn); Miss M. Thomson (Selwyn); reserve: Miss D. Bennett (Selwyn). in a separate junior contest, Canterbury will be represented by:— P. Alexander (Selwyn); R. Radford (Selwyn); R. B. McCallum (Selwyn); D. Hill (Eagles); reserve: P. Dowson (Redcliffs). Mr A. B. McCallum will be manager of the teams.
