TRADING WITH SOVIET
British-U.S. Accord On Goods (Rec. 11 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 7. Britain and the United States today swept away a major difference over foreign economic policies by agreeing to revisions in the lists of strategic goods at present barred from export to the Soviet bloc in Europe. The agreement was reached after four days of discussions in Washington between- Mr Peter Thornycroft, President of the British Board of Trade, and Mr Harold Stassen, head of the United States Foreign Operations Administration.
