RESERVED DECISIONS GIVEN
Judgment has been entered by Judge Dalglish in the Compensation Court for Francis Henry Swaney, a garage foreman (Mr B. A. Barrer) for £4lO and £4l 5s costs against Blackwell Motors, Ltd. (Mr E. M. Hay), as compensation for ®n injuryreceived in the course of his work on July 23, 1952. Judge Dalglish has also given judgment for Thomas Patrick Ryder, a foreman (Mr B. A. Barrer), for £llOO and £24 3s costs against W. Toomey and Company, brass founders, as com>ensation for the loss of the sight of lis right eye due to an accident at work on October 9, 1953.
