COMPROMISE APPROVED IN DAMAGES CLAIM

A settlement, at £450 general damages and £136 special damages, of a claim by Rosalie Jessie Stanley Joblin, a typist, against Arthur William Benton, a plasterer, was approved by Mr Justice McGregor in the Supreme Court yesterday. , , Mr A.
