• (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, July 6. I The House of Representatives this i evening heard five members give their i views of the international situation in a special debate. It will be resumed tomorrow evening, after a discussion has been held on Ministers’ replies to members’ questions. In the House today, three bills were introduced. The Electrical Amendment Bill was designed, the Minister of Justice (Mr T. C. Webb) said, to remove anomalies where a member died or resigned. The Occupational Therapy Bill enables nurses or physiotherapists to qualify as occupational therapists without having to complete the full course. The Government Life Insurance Amendment Bill extends the powers of the Government Life Insurance Commissioner.

The House adjourned at 10.30 p.m. until 2.30 pun. tomorrow.
