Exchange of Stamps * The Government has decided to permit New Zealand stamp dealers to exchange stamps with persons or concerns in overseas countries, other than Germany, Japan, Bulgaria, Rumania, Hungary, and Austria, provided those persons or concerns are not enemy traders, for the purposes of the. Enemy Trading Emergency Regulations, said S® . ? on - A. H. Nordmeyer, ActingMinister of Customs, yesterday. Applications by stamp dealers for permission to export stamps on an exchange basis should be made to the Collector of Customs at the port of intended shipment. Collectors of Customs have also been authorised to issue special licences to cover stamns imported by dealers on an exchange basis, on the understanding that no remittance of funds is involved (P.A.)
