Profit Sharing. The Waitahora branch of southern Hawke’s Bay Federated Farmers suggested that the executive consider the question of closer co-operation between employer and employee, and a possible system of profit sharing for emoloyees on sheep farms. The president. Mr E. J. Harding, expressed the opinion that the proposal was a step in the right direction. It was decided to refer the matter to the head office for thorough , examination.—(PA.) I
