APPEALS for additional fertiliser for topdressing purposes for the rationing year 1946-47 must be - lodged with the Chairman of the District Fertiliser Committee by July 18, 1946. Appeals will be considered only on following bases: 1. From those farmers who have not appealed on any previous occasion. 2. From those farmers who can produce documentary evidence to the effect that they have brought in out of virgin country during the 1945-46 rationing period areas which have been sown down to new grass.
