M The draft of the terms for an international trusteeship for Tanganyika will be presented to Parliament and communicated to the Tanganyika Legislative Council,” says the Exchange Telegraph Agency, “Any expression of public opinion can thus be received before the Government presents the terms for the approval ot the United Nations General Assembly in September, Broadly speaking, the terms of the trusteeship are modelled op the existing mandates revised in conformity with the provisions of the United Nations Charter,”
