Drainage From Hills— “ This will show where the blame for delays can lie- allocated,” said Mr J. E. Jones at last evening’s meeting of the ChristChurch Drainage Board when the Jeathcote County Council advised that it was not prepared to go on with the scheme for the extension of the drainage district on the basis suggested by the board. I'he council, however, was prepared to consider any ©toer suggestion.
