CONFERENCE OF CHIEFS OF STAFFS
GENERAL WEIR TO REPRESENT NEW ZEALAND (P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 25. New Zealand will be represented at the conference of chiefs of staffs of the British Dominions called by the Chief of the Imperial General Staff, Field-Marshal Lord Montgomery. The Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. P. said this afternoon that the Government had accepted an invitation, and New Zealand would be represented by Mejor-General N, W, McD. Weir. Chief of the New Zealand General Staff.
