They should also be capable of interpreting X-ray films of bones and joints, and of directing work undertaken in the Bath- House at Rotorua as well as work at Public Hospitals related to rheumatic disorders and spastic paralysis. Appointee will not be required to carry out operative procedures. A salary of £l3OO p.a. on taking up full duty as Government Balneologist will be paid, but if it is 'necessary to send appointee abroad for training a salary of N.Z.£lOOO p.a. in addition to travelling expenses, will be paid during that period.
