ATOMIC WEAPONS
BAN URGED BY MOSCOW RADIO (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, June 22. “Unless the atomic weapon is banned and the problem of using atomic energy for peaceful purposes is settled, no exchanges of scientific information between countries is possible,” said a Moscow radio commentator. He added that the very existence of such a weapon created tension and instability internationally, therefore the weapon must be banned.
