CONTROL TO CEASE AT END OF YEAR (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, June 21. The British, American, French, and Netherlands Governments have agreed that the Combined Rubber Committee will continue until the end of the year to control the allocation of natural rubber from British, French, and Netherlands Far-Eastern sources. The arrangement whereby the United Kingdom Government purchases all rubber for export from Malaya and resells it to other Governments will cease at the end of June.
