June 17. ‘Russia has done everything possible to provide transport on the Danube.” says the Moscow newspaper "Pravda'” "The British and American forces paralysed Danube traffic by seizing the major part of the river fleet, but Mr Bevin and others have falsely blamed Russia for the present position of Danube shipping. If Danube transport is Bot developed Britain and America must bear direct responsibility.”
