PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment 1922, the Christchurch Drainage Board HEREBY RESOLVES that the boundary of the said Special Area hereinbefore described and defined shall be further altered so as to include in the said Special Area all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto, and FURTHER RESOLVES that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision "B” of the said Special Area and that the boundaries of the said Subdivision “B” shall be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE ALL that area of land in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area Boundary being the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Wharenui Hamlet, thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Section 2, Sections 3,4, and 5 of the said Wharenui Hamlet, thence easterly southerly and westerly along the northern, eastern, and southern boundaries respectively of the said Section 5, Wharenui Hamlet, to the eastern side of Middleton road, thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern sides of Middleton road, therice across Middleton road to the northern side of Green’s lane, thence westerly along the northern side of Green’s lane to 'the south--western ‘corner of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 214, Folio 277 (Canterbury District Land Registry), thence northerly along the western boundary of the said Certificate of Title Volume 214, Folio 277 to the said south--western corner of Lot 1 on Deposit Plan 7071, thence easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1, Deposit Plan 7071, to a point 3 chains west of Middleton road, thence northerly parallel to Middleton road and three chains distant therefrom to a point on the Special Area Boundary, thence along the Special Area Boundary to the point of commencement.
