DEFENCE COUNSEL RESIGNS

DECISION AT WAR CRIMES TRIAL (Bee. 10 p.m.) TOKYO, June 15. Six defence counsel at the war crimes trials, including the chiet counsel, have resigned. The counsellors, who are all Americans, declared that they were not given sufficient time for the preparation of the defence. They asserted that the continuation of the trials under present conditions would be a reflection on American justice.
