LIMIT ON DEFENCE SPEECHES (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) NUREMBERG, June IS. The president, Lord Justice Lawrence, has announced that the War Crimes Tribunal has fixed a limit of 14 days for the final speeches by German counsel defending the accused He added that the four prosecuting teams had agreed voluntarily to limit their closing arguments to three days. Evidence for the defence has been heard in great detail.
