PARKING

Sir, —Parking has become an acute problem, and will become more so as times goes on. I would like to suggest a parking area over the Avon between Worcester street and Gloucester street bridges—the entrance from Oxford terrace on one level and at a higher level from Cambridge terrace. It should be built in concrete and arched to conform with civic beauty. This site is convenient to the centre, and is not the prettiest part of the river.— Yours, etai, ' UTILITY. June 14. 1946.
