INSPECTION OF OLD CHEVIOT HOMESTEAD SITE.—A photograph taken yesterday during an inspection of the old Cheviot homestead site by the Commissioner of Crown Lands (Mr T. W. Preston) and representatives of the McKenzie Domain Board and the Automobile Association (Canterbury). It is proposed that about 25 acres of attractive woodland should be made a public reserve.
