Deliveries Wanted.— Pleas for the restoration of bread deliveries were made at a largely-attended meeting of the Wellington Housewives’ Association, which unanimously passed a resolution that representations be made to the Minister of Supply (the Hon. D. G. Sullivan) emphasising the urgency of the matter and asking him to receive a deputation on the subject. —(P.A.)
