Pursuant to Amendment No. 3 of the AniR iOn 4u and Ja J pe Regulations, 1939, whereby the during which imported game or native game may be kept in cool storage, is extended to one month after the close of the open season, the following amendment to Clause (1) of Regulation 10 of the principal regulations now applies. “(1) No person shall place or keep, or cause to be placed or kept, in any freezing chamber or cooling-chamber any imported game or native game otherwise than in accordance with the following clauses of this regulation. "(1A) Any person may during the period of the open season and the three days next following the close thereof place any imported game or native game killed or taken by him pursuant to a licence under the Act and these regulations in any freezing chamber or cool chamber and cause it to be kept there until required by him. provided (a) that the number of native game that may from time to time be so placed by any one person shall not exceed 20 head in the aggregate: and (b) that no person placing game in a freezing chamber or cool chamber as aforesaid shall keep or cause the same to be kept therein beyond one calendar month after the close of the said open season.” By, Order of the Council, G.
